Donnalee M. Reynolds, 79, formerly of Sandown, NH died Saturday December 20, 2025 in the Cedar View Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center, Methuen, MA. Donnalee was born in Fitchburg, MA on January 17, 1946, a daughter of the late Kenneth F. Fortin, Sr. and Alice (Raymond) Fortin. She was raised in Fitchburg and had been a resident of Sandown, NH since 1977.
Donna served her family as a homemaker, working in the home to raise her four children. When her children were grown, she pursued a career in banking and retired from the Bank of New England in 2022. She was a devoted parishioner at St. Anne’s Catholic Church in Hampstead, NH. After being diagnosed with Alzheimer’s disease, she lived her final years in memory care at Cedar View Rehabilitation and Health Care Center, where she made many friends, enjoyed exercise classes, parties and games, and made close friends who prayed together daily. During her final week, her friends visited with her, shared lovely memories and offered prayers for her.
She is survived by four children, Jennifer Cabigas (son-in-law, Joseph), Christine Kay, Cheryl Sousa and Steven Reynolds; six grandchildren; Soledad Cabigas, Tristan Andrews-Preston, Griffin McGraw, Gwen McGraw, Gregory Sousa, Joiya Sousa, and one sister; Judith Eppy (brother-in-law Larry); two nephews, Aaron Eppy (Libby) and Matthew Eppy; four great-nieces; Hero, Ramona, Mia and Hannah; and former husband, Roger Reynolds. She was predeceased by her grandson, Forrest Andrews, and by her brother, Kenneth F. Fortin, Jr.
Following cremation, a Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at St. Anne Church, Emerson Ave., Hampstead, NH on Monday, December 29, 2025 at 12:30 pm. Burial will be in Forest Hill Cemetery, Fitchburg, MA. The Peabody Funeral Homes of Derry and Londonderry, NH are assisting with arrangements.
