Dorothy A. (Carrioulo) Crocker, age 88 years, wife of the late Joseph M. Crocker Sr. Passed peacefully at Brockton Hospital on November 13, 2025. She was born in Brockton, daughter of the late Louis and Marguerite Carrioulo, she leaves a sister, Eleanor Spadea, Bridgewater, Ma. Dorothy was mom to six children, Deborah Donahue of Brockton, Ma., Kathleen Baxter of Wareham, Ma., Pamela Gugliermo of Pt. Charlotte, Fl., Michael Crocker of New Bedford, Ma., Joseph Crocker Jr. of Wareham, Ma. and Michelle Mancini of Punta Gorda, Fl. She is also a much loved “Nana” to 11 grandchildren and 12 great grandchildren and beloved “Auntie“ to her nieces and nephew.
Dorothy attended Brockton schools and Katherine Gibbs School. In addition to raising her family, she worked throughout her life. She and her husband created Crocker Transportation, managing the business together for many years. She worked at Tobey Hospital, Wareham, as a secretary in the Radiology Dept. for 15 years until her retirement in 1995. She and her husband made their home in Brockton for many years until moving to their Wareham home. Later, they retired to Florida. After the death of her husband, Joe, in 2016, she returned to Brockton, living with her family.
She enjoyed cooking for her large family, especially at holiday gatherings, known by all for her wonderful meals. She is deeply loved and will be greatly missed.
