Sarouphim Fakhri, age 70 of Easton, Massachusetts passed away peacefully surrounded by family on November 23rd, 2025.
Sarouphim is survived by his wife Rabab Fakhri; his daughters, Shanelle and Anna Fakhri; his siblings, Mansour Fakhri, Laure Fakhri, Zakie Matta, Antoinette Habchi, their families, and all those who loved him.
Sarouphim was born December 15th, 1954 to Hana Fakhri and Shafika Torbey in Deir el Ahmar, Lebanon. He moved to the United States, where he met his wife, Rabab. A prime example of true love, they only knew each other for one month before deciding to marry, and were together in love for their remaining 26 years together.
Sarouphim and Rabab welcomed two daughters, Shanelle and Anna. He was a devoted father, giving up his dreams in order to give his children the opportunity to chase their own. He was at every dance recital, every school performance, and every milestone with pride supporting his family.
Sarouphim was creative, enjoying drawing and woodworking. He loved gardening, traveling, being near the beach, and spending time with his family. He will be remembered always for his selflessness, kind heart and love for those around him. He will be deeply missed.
Visitation will be held from Conley Funeral Home 138 Belmont Street, Brockton, on Tuesday, November 25th from 4 to 7 pm. His funeral mass will be celebrated on Wednesday, November 26th at St. Theresa Maronite Catholic Church, 343 North Main Street, Brockton at 10:30 a.m. Interment to follow at South Easton Cemetery, Route 138, Easton.
