Worcester: Lynda A. Engvall, 75, passed away peacefully on Sunday, October 26, 2025 in UMASS Memorial Medical Center, University Campus following a long illness. She leaves several cousins- Marsha Hume of Northfield, Charles Kosterman of Greenfield, Richard Kosterman of South Deerfield, Warren Kosterman of Hanson, and Sandy Brousseau of Athol. She was predeceased by a brother Donald Engvall.
Lynda was born in Worcester, daughter of the late Arnim and Dorothy (Bassett) Engvall. She graduated from Burncoat High School, earned her LPN degree at David Hale Fanning Trade School, her R.N at Worcester City Hospital, and her B.S. from Worcester State College. She worked as a Registered Nurse and Worcester City Hospital. She was a member of the former Adams Square Congregational Church.
