BUXTON- Karen Boucher, 77, passed away on October 22, 2025, after enduring a long illness. She passed away peacefully at Gorham house.
She was born on August 24, 1948 in Portland Maine, and has been a long-time resident of Buxton, Maine.
She was a loving, devoted mother, a kind and caring person and there was nothing she wouldn’t do to lend a helping hand to anyone in need. Karen also had an incredible sense of humor and kept us all laughing. She was an avid reader, loved going for long walks, and heading to the casino, she loved music. Her favorite thing to do was spending time with family and friends.
Karen is survived by her husband of 49 years Forest Boucher Sr; children, Lisa M. Curtis of Manchester, NH, Bob (Bobby) Sanborn of Windham, and Forest D. Boucher of Buxton, and her stepchildren; Lori Cooper, Pam Boucher, Michelle Garcia, Mike Lyman, and Arline Giacomozzi and several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Karen is predeceased by her father Clyde Harrill and her mother Roberta Harrill and her sister Janice Savoie.
