
Tyler Richard Moen-Lisk, 37, of Nashua, NH died Sunday, October 12th in Lahey Hospital – Burlington. He leaves his mother, Pamela A. (Moen) Jordan of Warren; his father, Steven Lisk and his wife, Deborah of Lexington, SC; two brothers, Mackenzie S. Moen-Lisk with whom he lived and Patrick Moen-Lisk of Southbridge; two nephews; a niece; and many beloved aunts, uncles and cousins.
Born in Springfield, Tyler graduated from Tantasqua High School and Southern New Hampshire University. Tyler worked as a quality inspector where he was valued for his dedication and strong work ethic.
Tyler had a passion for hockey and was an avid Boston Bruins fan. He loved playing the sport himself and was a proud member of an amateur hockey team. He also enjoyed disc golf, snowboarding, and playing video games with friends. Tyler had a great sense of humor and a quick wit—he could always make those around him laugh and feel at ease.
He was affectionately known as “Uncle Ty Ty” by his beloved niece and nephews, a title he wore proudly and with love.
He will be deeply missed by his family, friends, and all who knew him.
