Obituary

Dudley – Stanislaw “Duda” Janusz, 72, died Monday, September 22, 2025 at home. His wife of 7 years, Anna (Slezak) Janusz, died in 1998.

He leaves 2 sons, Zbigniew “Zig” Janusz and his wife Katarzyna “Kasia” Janusz, and Piotr “Peter” Janusz and his wife Emilia, all of Dudley; 6 grandchildren, Lukas, Zakary, Rebeka, Stanislaw, Sebastian and Karolina Janusz; a brother, Mietek “Mitch” Janusz of Poland; a sister, Czeslawa “Czesia” Stasko of Southhampton; nephews and nieces.

He was born on May 5, 1953 in Grodzisko, Poland, a son of Jan and Kazamiera (Wielis) Janusz and was a high school graduate. He moved to Dudley in the 1970’s.

Mr. Janusz owned and operated Janusz Travel for many years before retiring in 2010.

He was a member of Saint Andrew Bobola Church. He enjoyed fishing and traveling.

A funeral Mass will be held at 11:00 AM on Saturday, September 27, in Saint Andrew Bobola Church, 54 West Main Street (please meet at the church). Burial will be private. Arrangements are under the direction of Sitkowski, Malboeuf & Hickey Funeral Home, 340 School Street, Webster.
