Obituary

Paula M. (Devlin) Mulhearn, 77, of Worcester died Saturday, September 20th at home surrounded by her family. She leaves her husband of 53 years, James I. Mulhearn; a daughter, Jaime L. Mulhearn of Worcester; a brother, Bernard “Ray” Devlin and his wife, Terry of Webster; a sister, Lois Blouin of Webster; a grandson, Shane Mulhearn; three great grandsons, Tameron, Marcel and Jaizae Mulhearn all of Worcester; several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her brothers, Thomas Devlin and Robert Devlin and her twin brother, Paul Devlin.
Paula was born in Webster the daughter of Bernard Devlin and Rosalee (Bergeron) Kiley and graduated from St. Louis High School, Webster. She worked for David Clark Company for 25 years as an assembler, retiring in 2015. Earlier in her career, she was employed at Cranston Print in Webster for 10 years as an inspector.
She was a former member of St. Louis Church, Webster. Paula enjoyed life’s simple pleasures. She loved visiting the casino, watching television, and spending time working on puzzles and crossword puzzles. Paula cherished the time she spent with her family.
She will be remembered for her dedication to her work and the joy she found in her favorite pastimes.
Her graveside service will be private in Worcester County Memorial Park, Paxton. O’CONNOR BROTHERS FUNERAL HOME, 592 Park Avenue, is assisting the family with arrangements. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions maybe made in Paula’s name to the National Kidney Foundation.
