Obituary

McIntyre, Kelly Jean of Marshfield, September 8, 2025. Beloved wife of Michael McIntyre of Westwood. Devoted mother of Ryan (Diana) McIntyre of Sharon, Meghan McIntyre, Brianna McIntyre, Michael McIntyre, Jr., and Mckenzie McIntyre all of Westwood. Grandmother of David McIntyre. Daughter of Lt. Col (Army ret.) James Donnells of Indianapolis and Mary E. Antrim of Waltham. Predeceased by her stepfather Dr. Michael Owens of Waltham. Survived by many friends and relatives.

Kelly leaves a long legacy of charitably giving of her time, energy and talents with her warm demeanor and infectious smile. As a mother of 5 children she volunteered tirelessly throughout her children’s early school years in and out of the classroom. She taught CCD, and as an extraordinary minister delivered communion to the housebound elderly in her community. Putting her faith into action was integral to Kelly’s greatest hope to pass on the gift of faith to her children. Actively involved in her daughters’ figure skating activities, Kelly was at the ice rink regularly whether volunteering, assisting with team management or in her favorite role as their biggest fan.

Graduate of Newton North High School and University of New Hampshire.
As an occupational therapist and nutritional counselor, Kelly had a true passion for helping people which enabled her to positively change the trajectory of numerous lives. Her legacy lives on in all those who she has helped and her gift of faith she instilled in her children of whom she was extremely proud.

Funeral arrangements will be private. Please respect the family’s wishes.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Kelly’s memory to St Jude Children's Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105 or online at stjude.org
