John Pham, 79, of Worcester died Friday, September 5th in St. Vincent Hospital. He leaves two sons, Tuan Pham and his wife, Nho Tran and Tam Pham all of South Windsor, CT; a brother, Hung Pham of Springfield; three siblings in Springfield; and two grandchildren. He was predeceased by seven siblings.
He was born in Ben Tre, Vietnam and immigrated to the United States in 1992. He lived his life guided by his Buddhist faith, finding comfort and meaning in prayer and quiet reflection. John valued simplicity, peace, and kindness, and shared those gifts with everyone he met.
He will be remembered for his calm spirit, gentle heart, and the way he lived each day with mindfulness and gratitude. His prayers and devotion brought him strength throughout his life and will continue to inspire those who knew him.
His visitation will be held on Tuesday, September 9th from 9:00 until 10:00 a.m. followed by his service at 10:00 a.m. in O’CONNOR BROTHERS FUNERAL HOME, 592 Park Avenue. Cremation will be in Rural Crematory, 180 Grove Street.
