Joseph A. Ferro Jr., age 82, passed away peacefully at home on September 5, 2025, surrounded by his loving family. He was born on March 18, 1943, son of the late Joseph A. Ferro Sr and Mary (Hennessey) Ferro. Joe served in the US Marine Corps during the Vietnam Era and was a proud USMC Veteran. He enjoyed sailing and golfing. He is survived by his wife Kelly Ferro of Ware; two sons, Joseph A. Ferro III and his wife Susan of Charlotte, NC and Christopher R. Ferro and his wife Kim of South Hadley; one daughter, Leah M. Paixao and her husband Sam of Ware; two brothers, Raymond Ferro and his wife Pat of Granby and Robert Ferro of Holyoke. He also leaves six beloved grandchildren, Cody, Nick, Olivia, Grayce, Dominic and Maxwell. He is predeceased by his sister Patricia Ferro. A service with military honors will be held in the Chapel of the MA Veterans Memorial Cemetery in Agawam on Thursday, Sept 11, 2025 at 9:00 AM.
