Miranda L. Rodriguez, a resident of Peabody and formerly of Medford, entered into eternal life suddenly following complications of bacterial meningitis on Wednesday, September 3, 2025 at the Brigham and Women's Hospital. She was 33 years of age. She is now reunited with her mother who predeceased her on May 13, 2025.
Miranda was born in Boston on May 8, 1992, a daughter of Octavio Rodriguez and the late Debra L. (Auch) Rodriguez. She grew up in Medford, where she attended parochial school and graduated from St. Clements High School. She later attended Nursing School at Salem State University and worked as a nurse for 11 years, most recently at the Bear Hill Rehab and Skilled Nursing Facility in Wakefield. She thrived as a mom and loved spending time with her two daughters, Audrina and Vienna. She was extremely witty and silly, and enjoyed playing practical jokes. Miranda was a caring person who loved animals and her family a great deal.
Miranda is the devoted mother of Audrina and Vienna Panopoulos. She is the beloved daughter of Octavio Rodriguez and the late Debra L. (Auch) Rodriguez. She is the loving sister of Christen Wright and her husband Keith, and Octavio Rodriguez Jr. and his wife Maria. She is the caring aunt of Keith and Morgan Wright. She is survived by her dear cousin Shannel Auch, and many loving aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend Miranda's Funeral on Wednesday, September 10, 2025 at 11 A.M. from The Carr Funeral Home, 220 Bunker Hill St. Charlestown, followed by her Funeral Mass at 12 Noon in St. Francis De Sales Church, 313 Bunker Hill St. Charlestown. Her burial will be at Woodlawn Cemetery in Everett. Her visiting hours will be held on Tuesday, September 9, 2025 from 3 P.M. to 7 P.M. in the funeral home.
