Patrick Thomas Creedon, known to most as Pat, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, August 19, 2025, at the age of 81. He was born in Brockton, MA, the son of the late John and Margaret (Brady) Creedon, who immigrated from County Cork, Ireland. He was also the beloved twin brother of late John Creedon.
Pat dedicated his life to his family, community, and faith. He was employed by the City of Brockton for many years, where his hard work and steady presence were deeply valued. Pat found great joy in his gardens, tending to them with patience and care. He was devoted member of his church, where he drew strength and comfort from his faith. He will be remembered for his gentle spirit, warm smile, contagious laugh and the kindness heshowed to everyone around him.
He was the proud father of his daughters Kathleen (Creedon) Diamont and her husband Chris and Susan (Kelley) Eno and her husband Jason. He was also a beloved grandfather to Zack and Ally Diamont and Lexie and Hannah Eno. His family was the light of his life, and his love for them will remain a lasting gift.
Pat’s memory will live on in the hearts of those who knew and loved him, especially his family, friends, and community.
