Kenneth R. Mitchell

Northampton – Kenneth R. Mitchell, age 77, passed away on August 12, 2025 from Baystate Medical Center. He was born on December 4, 1947 in Springfield, son of the late Richard W. Mitchell and Cecile H. (Gobeil) Mitchell. Kenneth worked as an artist. He enjoyed graphic design, painting and playing guitar. He also was an avid tennis player and enjoyed biking. He is survived by his brother Bill Mitchell and his wife Meredith of Medfield; one sister, Christine Roy of Agawam; his nieces and nephews Michael and his wife Jennifer, Kimberly and her husband Jeffrey, Matthew and his fiancé Megan, Addison and Henry along with his grandnieces and grandnephews, Ryan, Mia, Zachary, Allyson and Jaxon. He is predeceased by his brother in law, Edward Roy. A graveside service will be held on Saturday, August 23, 2025 at 10:00 AM in St Rose de Lima Cemetery.
