Jeanne B (Flammini) Tobin, a longtime resident of Charlestown, passed away
peacefully in the home she loved, surrounded by her family, on Monday, August 11,
2025. She was 83 years old.
Jeanne was the daughter of the late Lillian (Ciampa) Flammini and Anthony (T.B.)
Flammini.
She was the beloved mother to Jeanine Moulden of Rockport, Kelly Costa of Stoneham,
Brian Tobin of Reading, and Richard Tobin Jr of Wakefield and mother-in-law to Don,
Dan, Elizabeth and Ann. Proud Nana to Ryan, Rachel, Kevin, Michael, Richie, Danny, Audrey, Lauren, Quinn and Sloan. Devoted sister of Roberta DiGangi, Donna Napolitano, Lilly Doherty, and the late Janice Burker and Linda Lacey. She is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews. Longtime partner to the late Denny Shea.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend Jeanne's visiting hours on Friday morning, August 15, 2025, from 10:00 A.M. to 11:30 A.M. in The Carr Funeral Home, 220 Bunker Hill St. Charlestown followed by a Prayer Service in St. Francis De Sales Church, 313 Bunker Hill Street Charlestown at 12 Noon. Her burial will be private.
