Jeffrey H. Sohigian, 54, of Worcester died Sunday, June 29th at home. He leaves his mother, Marlene Sohigian Kelley; his brother, Jason Sohigian and his wife, Vicki of Watertown and their children, Robert and Sona; an aunt, Gloria Little of Rutland; and cousins.
He was born in Worcester, the son of the late Robert Sohigian. Jeffrey graduated from Doherty Memorial High School and went on to hold several local jobs over the years, becoming a familiar face in his community. Jeffrey was a talented musician, passionate about playing the guitar. His music was deeply influenced by the sounds of the 1960s, especially the legendary artistry of Jimi Hendrix and Eric Clapton. His love for music was a constant and joyful part of his life. He will be remembered for his musical spirit, his easygoing nature, and the connections he built throughout his life.
His calling hours are Wednesday, July 9th from 4:30 until 6:30 p.m. in O’CONNOR BROTHERS FUNERAL HOME, 592 Park Avenue. Funeral services and burial will be private and at the convenience of the family. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to Holy Trinity Armenian Apostolic Church, 635 Grove Street, Worcester, MA 01605.
