DUDLEY – Thomas P. Kokosinski, 41, died Tuesday, June 10, 2025 in Krakow, Poland with his family by his side.
He is survived by his parents, Ryszard and Ursula (Nowak) Kokosinski of Dudley; 2 sisters, Agnes Rubin and her husband Mark, and Elizabeth Kokosinski, all of Webster; 4 nephews and nieces, Alexandra, Andrew, Alan and Abigail; 3 aunts, Anna Kokosinska, Theresa Lach and Ewa Kokosinska; and by his partner, Magdalena Kut. He was preceded in death by his grandparents and his uncle.
He was born in Worcester on January 3, 1984 and raised in Dudley. He attended Saint Joseph Elementary School in Webster and was a graduate of Marianapolis Preparatory School in Thompson. He earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering and Nanotechnology from Worcester Polytechnic Institute.
Mr. Kokosinski first worked as an engineer and manager at Kokos Machine Shop in Dudley before becoming the CEO of his own business Metalogic in Southbridge.
He was communicant of Saint Joseph Basilica where he served as an altar boy in his youth. He enjoyed skiing, boating and basketball.
Tom spent the past year in Krakow, enjoying the arts and teaching at the Academy of Fine Arts in Krakow.
The family deeply appreciates the overwhelming outpouring of sympathy extended to them while in Poland.
His funeral Mass will be held Monday, June 23, at 11:00 AM in Saint Joseph Basilica, 53 Whitcomb Street, Webster (please meet at church). Burial will be private. There are no calling hours. The family requests that flowers be omitted and instead donations in his memory be made to Saint Joseph Basilica, 53 Whitcomb Street, Webster, MA 01570. Funeral arrangements are under the direction of Sitkowski, Malboeuf & Hickey Funeral Home, 340 School Street, Webster.
