Mary H. Traboulsy, 84, of Woburn, MA, died peacefully at home on Friday, May 23, 2025.
She was born in Cairo, Egypt, in 1941 to Elie and Andigone (Leondidis) Akel. Mary was the dear and devoted wife of the late Henri Traboulsy. Loving mother of Roger Traboulsy and his wife Kathy of Manchester, NH, Michele Loconzolo and her husband Bill of Monte Sereno, CA, and Christine Traboulsy of Woburn. Cherished Tetta of Jessica, Brian, Jeffrey, Stephanie, Joseph, Justin, and Alek. Dear sister of Alex Akel and his wife Kelley, and the late George Akel. Dear sister-in-law of Sandy Akel and the late Judy Akel.

Mary loved spending time with her family, gathering with friends, being out in the sunshine, and with her family`s dogs. For over 30 years, Mary had worked as an Administrative Assistant to Northeastern University`s Mechanical Engineering Department Chair. She was proud of all she had accomplished for the department and cherished the lifelong friendships of the faculty and staff; they were like family to her.

Visitation at Our Lady of the Annunciation Melkite Catholic Cathedral, 7 VFW Parkway, West Roxbury, will be held on Wednesday, May 28th, from 10 to 11am followed by a Funeral Service beginning at 11 am. Relatives and friends are respectfully and kindly invited to attend.
