Anna M. (Fezzuoglio) Repole, age 84, of Groveland passed away on Tuesday, May 6th, at Lahey Clinic Medical Center of Burlington. Born and raised in Muro Lucano, Italy, she was the daughter of the late Maria (Mangone) Fezzuoglio. Anna immigrated to the U.S. with her husband Antonio in the mid-1960s. She lived in Medford for 50 years and worked at Priscilla Wedding Gowns as a seamstress/dressmaker before moving to Groveland in 2019 to be closer to both of her children.
Anna was like a mother to all. She loved to cook for family and friends and enjoyed knitting blankets for everyone. Anna was also selfless, a good friend, a wonderful grandmother and lived for her grandkids. She enjoyed cooking, baking, knitting and watching her favorite game shows with all her grandchildren.
Anna was the beloved and devoted wife of 60 years to the late Antonio Repole, and the loving mother of Michael Repole and his wife Cynthia of Litchfield, NH, and Rosanna Orlando and her husband Paul of Groveland. She was the cherished grandmother of Aaron Repole and his wife Maggie, Noah Repole, and Giovanni, Antonio and Paolo Orlando. Anna was the dear sister of Joseph Fezzuoglio of Tewksbury, Rosa Sullivan of Orlando, FL, and the late Carmela Capezio and Maria Angelo. She was the sister-in-law of Francesco Repole and his wife Carol, and is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.
Visiting hours will be held on Monday, May 12th in the Dello Russo Funeral Home, 306 Main St., Medford, from 4 through 8 PM, and again on Tuesday, May 13th at 9 AM followed by a Mass of Christian Burial celebrated in St. Francis of Assisi Church, 441 Fellsway West, Medford, at 10 AM. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend. Services will conclude with burial at Oak Grove Cemetery, Medford.
