Joseph Paul Modica, beloved son of the late Reno and Shirley Modica died March 13, 2023 after a long illness. Joe was the older brother to Stephen and Jennifer Modica, Karen and Bob Sisson and Linda and Mike Champagne. He leaves 10 nephews and 1 niece, Bobby, Marc, Justin Sisson, Michael, Nicholas, Matthew, Kevin Champagne, Stephen Jr, Zachary, Samantha, Anthony Modica. His great nephews and nieces Avryn and Callie Sisson, Henry Buckingham and Olivia Champagne. He leaves his Aunt Annette and Aunt Debbie, Uncle Leon. Cousins Lorraine and Harry Fricker. Joes life long friends Brian “Bubba” Withee and Louise and Wayne Pecevich also. Joe was very social and knew many people. He was called the mayor of Priscilla Beach in Manomet where he summered with family since birth. He fished, hunted and loved classic rock music. He loved his Labs Sandy, Jade and Mika Relatives and friends invited to attend a funeral service at the Dockray & Thomas Funeral Home 455 Washington St. Canton Friday at 12 noon. Visiting hour prior to the service Friday from 11:00 to 12:00 noon. Burial private. | |||||
