Eleanor A. (Davainis) Bird age 75 of Manchester, NH, formerly of Salem, NH, died Tuesday at the Ridgewood Center, Bedford, NH.
She was born in New Jersey, grew up and attended schools in Lawrence, MA, and graduated from Lawrence High School. She was a resident of Manchester, for the past 5 years, formerly of Salem, where she lived for over 44 years.
Mrs. Bird worked for Raymond’s Turkey Farm in Methuen, MA, for many years.
She loved her family very much, and will sadly be missed.
She was predeceased by her husband Amos Charles Bird
She is survived by 2 Sons: Steven Bird of Salisbury, NC
James Bird of Mooresville, NC
3 Sisters: Alice Morgan of Manchester, NH
Marsella Sportum of Salem, NH
Charlotte Davainis of Lawrence, MA
2 Grandchildren: Jason Charles Bird & Jamie Charles Bird both of Concord, NC

Calling hours will be held Monday, June 5th from 9-11 AM, followed by a memorial service at 11 AM at the Douglas & Johnson Funeral Home, 214 Main Street, Salem, NH. Burial will follow in Mt. Vernon Cemetery, Boxford, MA
