Dean W. Bamford, age 34, of Norton, formerly of Holbrook, passed away unexpectedly at home on Tuesday, December 27, 2022.
Born in Boston, MA on December 15, 1988, he was a loving son of William C. Bamford of Norton and Sharon L. (Trabucco) Pearson and her husband Richard of Maui, Hawaii.
Dean grew up in Holbrook, attended Holbrook Public Schools and later attended Massasoit Community College. Dean lived for a short time in Hawaii, working hard as a laborer. He had also been employed as a mail sorter, but the majority of his working career was spent as a cook.
Dean enjoyed spending time at the ocean and fishing but most of all with his cherished daughter, who was his world. Most recently Dean had been baptized as an Episcopalian and formerly attended meetings at Kingdom Hall. He will always be remembered as a hard-working, kind-hearted, outgoing and generous person, a good listener and who was always there to help others in need.
In addition to his parents, he is survived by the love of his life, his daughter Jaelynn Rose Bamford. He was the dear brother of Shannon Bamford of Plymouth, Scott Bamford of Bourne, Jessica Ronca of Maui, Lou Ronca of New York, Emily Pearson of North Carolina, Joseph Pearson of North Carolina and Bailey Pearson of Norton. He is also survived by his loving aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.
Relatives and friends are cordially invited to attend visiting hours on Wednesday, January 4th from 5:00-8:00 P.M.at the Norton Memorial Funeral Home, 19 Clapp Street (Off Route 140, Taunton Avenue) Norton.
A funeral service will be held during visiting hours on Wednesday evening at 7:30 P.M. in the funeral home. Burial will be held privately at a later date.
