Katherine A. Blau, age 35, passed away suddenly September 10th. Born in Norwood, she was raised in Sharon and graduated from Sharon High School Class of 2005. Growing up she started attending Sharon Day Camp at age 5 and later went on to be a Counsellor at the camp for several years. She also worked as a lifeguard at the Foxboro YMCA. She earned a bachelor’s degree at Westfield State College and was an Entrepreneur for many years. She was full of energy and laughter and would devote most of her energy to help others. Beloved daughter of Scott and Karen (Sullivan) Blau of Sharon. Sister of William Scott Blau and Danielle Katherine Blau of Norton and Tracey Lynne Blau of Brockton. Loving aunt of Nova, Khloe, and Liam Blau and Logan Blau-Alcala. Granddaughter of Dennis and the late Marcia Blau of Sharon and the late Timothy and Katherine Sullivan. Visiting hours at the Dockray & Thomas Funeral Home 455 Washington St. Canton Thursday September 22nd from 4:00 to 7:00 pm. Funeral Service at the Hope Church 152 S. Main St. Sharon Friday September 23rd at 11:00 am. Burial private. | |||||
