CAREY, Jeanette Ann of Boston, formerly of Mission Hill and Quincy, passed away peacefully August 6, 2022 after a long healthy life at the age of 90. She was devoted to the one love of her life, her late husband John (Jack) Carey. She is survived by her children, Joyce of Quincy, Francis and his wife, Michele, of Norwood, Robert and his wife, Lori, of Norwood, June Cormack of Tempe, Arizona and Brian of Saugus. She is also survived by 8 grandchildren and 9 great-grandchildren. ln addition to her husband, Jack, she was predeceased by her sons, Douglas and Steven, and her grandchildren, Steven and Alisha. She is also survived by her niece and goddaughter, Linda MacLean, of Quincy and many nieces and nephews. Her family would like to thank the devoted caregiving professionals at Rogerson House during the last year of her life and the nursing staff at Beth lsrael Hospital. Visiting Hours at the William J. Gormley Funeral Home, 2055 Centre St. West Roxbury on Thursday, August 11th from 4-8pm. Funeral Service in the funeral home on Friday, August 12th at 11am. Relatives and friends invited.
