FALL RIVER… Norman L. Barlow, Jr., 64, of Fall River passed away July 21, 2022, at St. Anne’s Hospital.
Born in Fall River, he was a son of the late Norman L. Sr. and Alice (Viveiros) Barlow. He had been a lifelong resident of this city.
Mr. Barlow was an avid collector of coins, baseball cards and motorcycle cards. Norman had a unique personality all his own. He was always kind and ready to lend a hand to a friend or a stranger in need, including his family. He spent the last 40 years with the love of his life Cheryl. If you saw Norman you knew Cheryl was near and vice versa. Norman suffered for quite a while and I’m sure he is happy to be free of pain and reunited with his loving mother and brother David and all others who went home before him. He will be greatly missed by those who knew and loved him.
Survivors include his life partner Cheryl Jackimocz of Fall River; his sister Dawn Barlow of Fall River; his brothers: Gregory Barlow of California, Kevin Barlow of California and Michael Barlow of Fall River; his step-daughter Tara Silvia of Fall River; along with several nieces and nephews. He was the brother of the late Gail DeSouza, Colleen Chasse and David Barlow.
Services will be private.
