PETTY, Marilyn F. (Collins) of West Roxbury was born in Brookline on September 2, 1942 and peacefully went to God on July 3, 2022 at the Hebrew Rehabilitation Center. She was pre-deceased by her parents James M. and Bridget F. (Burke) Collins, and by her brother, James P. Collins. She leaves her loving partner, Paul Dalto and his family. She also leaves her sisters, Dr. Monica Collins, Dr. Joanne Russell, Mrs. Margaret Thomas, her sister-in-law, Paula Collins, and many nieces and nephews. Marilyn graduated from Cardinal Cushing College. She worked for many years as an Administrative Assistant at Partners Brigham and Women’s Hospital. Relatives and friends are kindly invited to visit with Marilyn’s family in the William J. Gormley Funeral Home, 2055 Centre Street, WEST ROXBURY on Monday, July 11, 2022 from 9:15 a.m. to 10:15 a.m. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated in St. Mary the Assumption Church, 3 Linden Place, Brookline at 11 o’clock.
