Cynthia L. Mellor, 55, born in Providence, RI having lived most of her life in Fall River, entered into eternal peace on June 4, 2022.
Miss Mellor was the daughter of the late Milton E. Mellor Jr. and the late Helen A. (Maynard) Mellor. She was the longtime companion of Victor M. Garcia for the last 31 years. She was a graduate of BMC Durfee High School class of 1985, Fisher College Class of 2000 and Diman Regional Vocational School of practical nursing class of 2002. She worked for various area nursing homes lastly being the Fall River Jewish Home before becoming disabled.
In addition to her companion, she is survived by her son: Jon E. Mellor of Mattapoisett; 3 sisters: Norma J., Rebecca A. and Stephanie H. Mellor; 3 granddaughters: Lexie, Tayler and Aubree Costa; 3 nephews: Terrance and Brandon Mellor, Tyler Wilding; Amanda Paradise, who was like a daughter to her; great niece: Kiera Mellor; aunt: Beverly Mellor; and cousin: Chad Mellor.
She was the sister of the late Milton E. Mellor III and aunt of the late Milton E. Mellor IV.
Private services were held.
