She was the cherished and treasured grandmother of Cora Fitzgerald, the apple of her eye. She was the dear sister of Carolyn Melanson of Sharon, formerly of Quincy, who was pre-deceased by her husband Edward Melanson, the late Diane Laronde and the late Thomas Galvin, who is survived by his wife Lois Galvin of South Carolina. She is also survived by her loving nieces and nephews.
