New Bedford – William Scott Cope II, age 37, of New Bedford, passed away on Thursday, May 26, 2022 at St. Luke’s Hospital. He was born in New Bedford, MA and is the beloved son of William Scott Cope I and Albertina (DaCunha) Cope.
William is survived by his parents, William and Albertina Cope; sisters, Diane Misay and her husband Sant Misay and Tami Misay and her husband John Misay; nephew, Kolin Misay; nieces, Destiny Misay and Lilly Misay; uncles, George DaCunha and his wife Teresa, Bobby DaCunha and his wife Lisa and Kenny Cope and his wife Mercy; aunt, Cathy Guay and her husband Rory; as well as lots of cousins that he loved so much.
William’s visiting hours and funeral service will take place on Monday, May 30, 2022. Visiting hours will be held from 8:00 A.M. – 10:00 A.M. at Perry Funeral Home and followed with a funeral mass at Our Lady of Mount Carmel Church at 10:30 A.M. Cremation will follow.
