Robert E. Hardy of Easton, formerly of Randolph and Hyde Park passed away January 30th. Born in Boston, he was raised in Hyde Park and graduated from Hyde Park High. He worked as a Central office Repairman for Verizon before retiring at the age of 55. After retirement he worked as a delivery man for CVS and later as a bartender at Pine Oaks Golf Course in Easton. Bob was an avid golfer, enjoyed fishing, camping, playing sports leagues with his Verizon colleagues and traveling to Florida. Beloved husband of Paula J. (Femino). Father of Lisa M. Wilson of Easton. Grandfather of John F. Wilson and Robert P. Wilson. Brother of Jeanne Hardy of Randolph. Funeral service at the Dockray & Thomas Funeral Home 455 Washington St. Canton Thursday at 12:00 noon. Visiting hours prior to the service Thursday from 10:30 am to 12:00 noon. Burial Fairview Cemetery, Hyde Park.
