Dawn L. (Comstock) Clarke, 81, of Westport, passed away on Saturday, January 1, 2022 at home. She was the wife of the late Richard C. Clarke, Sr.
Born in New Bedford, daughter of the late Elbert A. and Alice (Bowers) Comstock, she was a lifelong resident of Westport. Mrs. Clarke enjoyed gardening, watching the birds, decorating her house and doing arts and crafts. She was a member of the Jehovah's Witnesses Kingdom Hall in Tiverton, RI.
Survivors include a son: Rick C. Clarke and his wife Lori of Fall River; 2 daughters: Robin L. Nunes and her husband Michael of Fall River and Lisa F. Duarte and her husband Michael of Westport; a brother: Lynwood Comstock of Westport; 6 grandchildren: Heather, Michael, Kerri, Haylee, Mallory and Jackson; 10 great grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
She was sister of the late Jo-Elizabeth Fontaine, Robert Comstock and Faith Comstock.
Memorial visitation to which relatives and friends are invited will be Thursday, January 13, 2022 at the Potter Funeral Home from 5 - 8 P.M..
A Memorial service through zoom will be Sunday, January 23, 2022 at 1:00 P.M. It will be login only, there is no service at the funeral home. Zoom login information will be provided when it becomes available.
