Sharon R. (Washburn) Costa, 68 of Taunton, after battling a long illness, she maintained her strength and smile right up until 5:50 AM, December 25, 2021, when she passed-away peacefully at Morton Hospital.
Born in Middleboro, she was a daughter of the late Robert Loren and Veronica Mary (Small) Washburn.
Ms. Costa loved her family. She loved her kitty, Bailey. She was young at heart and loved playing games on her phone. But above all else, she loved spending time with her twin sister Cheryl. The two were inseparable.
Survivors include her daughter: Melanie Nardi (companion: Keith Jensen) of West Wareham; her son: Jason Brackett of Florida; her grandchildren: Corey, Jessica, and D. J.; her great grandchildren: Alaina, Emma, Juniper, and Ava; her sisters: Cheryl Brackett (her twin), and her husband Roger Brackett of Taunton and Carol Shing of Florida; her brother: Randy Washburn and wife Candy of Massachusetts; Nephews Roger, Thomas, Billy, Darryl, and Derek; Niece Krystal, Jennifer, Corinne, Lori, and Denise, and great nieces, Aviana and Britney. Great Nephews, Bryce and Brady. She was the sister of the late Gail Sousa and Nancy Washburn.
