Cheryl Patricia Pate Payne, 72, of Sycamore, GA passed away Thursday, December 23, 2021 at Pruitt Healthcare in Ashburn, GA.
Patricia was born on July 30, 1949 in Turner County, Georgia to the late Larken and Lucy Maddux Pate. She was a homemaker for many years. Patricia enjoyed reading. She loved her family, especially her grandchildren, and enjoyed time with them. She also loved shopping. Patricia enjoyed traveling places with her husband. She is survived by her husband, Bob Payne, of Sycamore; children, Bobby Payne (Ashley) of Mt. Zion, Timothy Payne (Hope) of Ashburn, Angela Rachels (Ryan) of Sycamore, and Kyle Payne (Kimberly) of Chula; grandchildren, Tori Payne, Lauren Payne (Tucker Parrish), Cole Payne, Cameron Payne, Alexas Rachels, Emily Payne (Parker Castleberry), Owen Payne, Landon Rachels, Anna Kate Payne, Kiley Rogers, and Zoey Rogers; and great-grandchildren, Rylee McLeod and Addilyn Parrish. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by three brothers and three sisters. Funeral services will be held at 10:30AM on Monday, December 27, 2021 at Bethel Baptist Church. Interment will follow at the Bethel Baptist Church Cemetery Annex. The family will greet friends Monday, December 27, 2021 from 9:30AM until the hour of service at Bethel Baptist Church. | ||||
