SOMERSET… Shane J. Cartin, Sr., 38, of Somerset passed away November 27, 2021 at home.
Born in Fall River, he was the son of the late Kevin Cartin. Shane was raised in Westport by his aunt Valerie Perry and her family.
Mr. Cartin had recently started working as a processor for Meat Works in Westport. He had enjoyed skateboarding and biking but above all else, he loved spending time with his son and family.
Along with his aunt, survivors include his son: Shane Cartin, Jr., his son's mother: Courtney Pacheco of Somerset; his mother: Luanne (Williams) Cartin of New Bedford and many other aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
Memorial visitation to which relatives and friends are invited will be held Friday, December 3, 2021 from 5 – 7 PM at South Coast Funeral Home, 1555 Pleasant Street Fall River, MA 02723 with a prayer service starting at 6:45 PM in the funeral home.
