Richard S. Napolitano, age 85, of Stoughton, formerly of Easton passed away November 25th. Born and raised in Cambridge, he attended Cambridge Rindge Tech and Norwich University. Richard has lived in Stoughton for over 45 years and was the Vice President of Customer Relations for Blue Cross Blue Shield for many years before retiring. He was an avid runner and ran 12 marathons over the years including Boston, San Diego, Hawaii, Washington DC, and Philadelphia.
Beloved husband of Michele A. Sullivan and the late Mary M. (Baird). Father of Michael Napolitano of Easton, Gary Napolitano and his wife Kara of Duxbury, and Stephanie Napolitano of MA. Step-father of Bree S. Evarts and her husband Nathaniel of Hopkinton. Grandfather of Julia, Olivia, Joseph, Maryam, Aliya, Omar, Wheatley and Margaux. Brother of Stephen Napolitano of FL. Visiting hours at the Dockray & Thomas Funeral Home 455 Washington St. Canton Wednesday from 4:00 to 7:00 pm. Funeral Mass at St. Oscar Romero Church, Canton (formerly St. John the Evangelist) Thursday morning at 10. Burial will be private. | |||||
