Eugene M. Longfield, Jr., of Prince George, VA, passed away on Saturday, November 13, 2021 at Parham Doctors Hospital in Alexandria, VA. He was husband of the late Faith E. (Suyes) Longfield.
Born in Fall River, he was son of the late Eugene M. and Frances L. (Taber) Longfield. A veteran of the Korean War, he served his country in the United States Air Force. After his service, he worked as a flight engineer for the Air Force until his retirement.
Survivors include 3 sons: Gregory A. Longfield of Buzzards Bay, MA, Eugene E. Longfield of Palm City, FL and Kenneth B. Longfield of Milford, CT; 2 daughters: Lisa A. Clark of Holyoke, MA and Leslie J. Robinson of New Bedford; a sister: Gladys Cory of Tiverton; several grandchildren and great grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
He was brother of the late Laura L. McCoy.
Private services will be held.
