Susan A. Naugler, 71

Susan A, Naugler, age 71, of Mansfield, formerly of Norton, passed away peacefully, surrounded by her loving family, at the home of her son in Norton on Saturday, November 13, 2021. She was the beloved wife of the late Robert E. Claflin, who died on June 12, 2011.
Born in Arlington, MA on April 17, 1950, she was a loving daughter of the late Arnold Naugler and Flora (Foritano) Salcione.
Susan grew up in Arlington, was a graduate of Arlington High School and attended UMass Boston. Prior to retiring she had worked for twenty-five years in the banking industry and finished her career as a Customer Service Representative.
Susan had made her home in Mansfield for the past fifteen years and was a former resident of Norton. She loved spending time amongst family and friends and was ever-so-proud of helping to raise her grandchildren, who were truly the apple of her eye. She also enjoyed times spent and trips taken with her friends at the Norton Senior Center. Susan will be truly missed by all who knew and loved her and will always be remembered for her nature of helping others.
She is survived by her devoted sons Andrew R. Murphy, III and his wife Emily of Norton and Brian K. Murphy and his wife Stephanie of Norton. She was the cherished grandmother of Andrew Murphy, IV, Nicole Murphy, Shaun Murphy, Kylie Murphy, Kevin Murphy and Mackenzie Murphy. She was the dear sister of Patricia Kuczkowski and her husband Tom of Florida, Phyllis Hudd and her husband Andrew of South Carolina, David Naugler and his wife Elaine of Pennsylvania and the late Sandra Conway.
Services, along with burial at the Spring Brook Cemetery in Mansfield will be private and visiting hours have been omitted.
