Aubriella Rose “Aubs” Derosier, age 6, a lifelong resident of Norton, passed away peacefully at home, surrounded by the embracing love of her family on Friday, October 8, 2021. She was the beloved daughter and little angel of Jeremy T. and Jamie L. (Slavin) Derosier of Norton and the devoted sister of the late Bryce Connor Derosier.

Aubs was born in Attleboro, MA on June 26, 2015. She was a first grader at the Joseph C. Solmonese Elementary School in Norton, where she was adored by her teachers and fellow classmates.

Aubs big smile and outgoing personality could light up any room. She especially loved dancing and listening to techno music and was known for her fashionable nature of wearing her heart shaped glasses upside down, colorful band aides and always ready to sing happy birthday on any occasion.

Aubs also loved going to the beach with her family, bubbles, happy meals from “Don Don” and most of all being a loving and caring sister to her late brother Bryce. Words cannot describe her family’s sadness, but the outpouring of love they received in her short time on earth will live in their hearts forever.

In addition to her beloved parents, she was treasured granddaughter of Roger Derosier of Attleboro, Stephen and Leenie (Buckley) Jones of Foxborough and the great granddaughter of William and Betsy McSweeney of Bristol, New Hampshire. She was the cherished Goddaughter of Danielle Slavin of Foxborough and the precious niece of Bill Slavin and his wife Nicole of North Attleboro. She was the dear cousin of Brayden, Mason, Chase, Toto, Cora, Karsyn and Athos.


Relatives and friends are cordially invited to attend visiting hours on Thursday, October 14th from 4:00-8:00 P.M. at the Norton Memorial Funeral Home, 19 Clapp Street (Off Route 140, Taunton Avenue) Norton.

Her Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Friday, October 15th at 11:00 A.M. in Saint Mary’s Church, 1 Power Street, Norton. Burial will follow at the Newland Cemetery in Norton.
