COLLIS, Joseph G. of West Roxbury passed away peacefully with his daughter by his side on September 20, 2021. Loving father of Eileen Terranova and her husband Derick Stufflebeam of Maine. Devoted “Grampa” of Victoria and Celina Terranova and Dalton and Cole Stufflebeam. Cherished brother of Mary McSweeney of Randolph, Ann Dacey of Franklin, Margaret Rosado of Mattapan, Theresa O’Handley of Sharon and John Collis of Dorchester. He was pre-deceased by his loving partner Dorothy “Dodi” Edwards. Also survived by many nieces and nephews. Relatives and friends are kindly invited to attend visiting in the William J. Gormley Funeral Home, 2055 Centre Street, WEST ROXBURY on Friday, September 24, 2021 from 9:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated in the Holy Name Church, 1689 Centre Street at 11’oclock. Interment Mount Benedict Cemetery. Joe was a U.S. Army veteran proudly serving his country in the Vietnam War.
