Marie M. Varin, age 76, of Brockton, died August 28, 2021 at Good Samaritan Medical Center. Born, raised and educated in Port Au Prince, Haiti, she was the daughter of the late Doirin Varin Casine and Romicille Romulus. Marie lived in New York City prior to moving to Brockton. Marie was caring and thoughtful. She worked as a CNA at St. Joseph Manor and retired from Blue Hill Alzheimer’s Center.
A woman of strong faith, she was a longtime communicant of Sacred Heart and Christ the King Churches.
Marie is survived by her husband; her four children Wallixson Milfort and his wife Kenya, Junior Louis, Yslande Louis and Maudline Louis; her grandchildren Kaleb and Prince Nyelle Milfort, Nathanial “Nate”, Savion, Sakoi and Nesiah Brown and Daniella Mascary Brown. She was the sister of William, Clotide, Denise, Voltaire, Josney, Douge, Edwidge and Mary Rose. Marie is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
A Funeral Mass will be held in Christ the King Church, 54 Lyman Street, Brockton, Saturday September 11th at 10am. Burial will follow in Melrose Cemetery.
