Kevin G. Hayhurst, age 48, of Norton, formerly of Pawtucket, passed away peacefully, surrounded by his loved ones on Tuesday, August 31, 2021 at Boston Medical Center in Boston. He was the loving fiancé of Heather Seaman of Norton.
Born in Pawtucket, Rhode Island on November 12, 1972, he was a loving son of Kathleen (Madden) Hayhurst of Norton and the late Richard F. Hayhurst.
Kevin grew up in Pawtucket, was educated in Pawtucket and worked as a forklift operator at Maines Paper & Food Services, Inc. in Westboro. He had made his home in Norton for the past six years, and previously resided in Pawtucket, as well as in Singapore and South Carolina.
Kevin enjoyed spending time with family friends. He loved playing pool and especially socializing with friends at the Sportsman’s Café in the Chartley section of Norton. He also enjoyed video games and sampling different kinds of food. He will always be remembered for the special place in his heart for animals and as a person who was always there to help others in need.
In addition to his fiancé and mother he was the dear brother of Charlotte A. Bliss and her husband Alan of Norton and Richard A. Hayhurst of North Carolina. He is also survived by his loving aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.
Relatives and friends are cordially invited to attend visiting hours on Friday, September 10th from 5:00-7:00 P.M. at the Norton Memorial Funeral Home, 19 Clapp Street (Off Route 140, Taunton Avenue) Norton. Burial will be private.
