Joanne M. Quinn (Gallagher), age 78, of Canton passed away August 20th. Born in Boston, she was raised in Dorchester and graduated from Cardinal Cushing High School in Dorchester. She worked as a Bank Teller for Direct Federal Credit Union for many years. Joanne previously lived in W. Roxbury for many years before moving to Canton20 years ago.
Beloved mother of Matthew Quinn of Canton and the late Daniel Quinn. Sister of William J. Gallagher Jr. and his wife Theresa of Woburn, Catherine Brennan and her husband Stephen of Milton, and Mary Cassell and her husband Paul of Salem. She was predeceased by her fiancé Ronald Delaney and her former husband Richard M. Quinn. Relatives and friends invited to attend a Funeral Mass at St. John the Evangelist Church, Canton Wednesday morning at 10. Visiting hours omitted, burial private. | |||||
