Patricia A. (Souza) Reiniche, 73, of Westport passed away on Sunday, May 30, 2021 at Southpointe Rehabilitation & Skilled Care Center. She was the wife of Manuel "Richie" Reiniche.
Born in New Bedford, daughter of the late Antone J. and Peachie (Landry) Souza, she had lived in New Bedford and Westport for most of her life. Mrs. Reiniche enjoyed doing puzzles, knitting, camping and fishing.
Including her husband, she is survived by a son: Edward Freitas and his wife Nicole Snyder-Freitas and their 2 daughters: Emunah and Hope Snyder-Freitas of New Bedford; 2 step-sons: Manuel "Butch" Reiniche of Somerset and Derrick Reiniche and his wife Carole of Fall River; 2 brothers: Antone Souza, Jr. of Dartmouth and William Souza of New Bedford; 3 sisters: Shirley Couto of Dartmouth, Priscilla Travers of New Bedford and Lorraine Souza of New Bedford; 11 grandchildren; 3 great grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
She was sister of the late Robert Souza and Carole Fillian.
Memorial service to which relatives and friends are invited will be Wednesday, June 9, 2021 at 7:00 P.M. at the Potter Funeral Home.
Memorial visitation will be Wednesday, June 9, 2021 from 5:00 P.M. - 7:00 P.M. prior to the service.
