| Mr. Hiram Wilson, 72, of Rebecca, GA, passed away Wednesday, February 10, 2021 at Crisp Regional Medical Center in Cordele, GA.
The son of the late George Benjamin and Sarah Frances Ivey Wilson, he was born in Rebecca, GA. Mr. Wilson was retired from Harris Press of Cordele. A lifelong resident of Turner County, he was a member of The Rebecca Baptist Church. He served his country in The U.S. Army during the Vietnam War. Survivors include his sister, Deena (David) French of Madison, AL and his brother George B. (Lorraine) Wilson, JR of Warner Robins, GA. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his siblings, Peggy W. Coleman, Berma Faye W. Gibbs, Annie Merle W. Ethridge, Marie W. McCard, Wally M. Wilson, Doris Averitt, Wendell Wilson, Herman Wilson and William G. Wilson. Due to the COVID-19, services for Mr. Wilson will be private. Mr. Wilson will be interred in The Pleasant Hill Cemetery in Rebecca. There will be no formal visitation, however for those who wish to pay their respects and sign the register, you may do so from 2:00 PM til 4:00 PM on Friday, February 12, at Perry Funeral Chapel. | ||||
