Michela T. Barone-Bratton, of Medford, passed away on Thursday, September 17th. She was 36. Born in Avellino, Campania, Italy, she was the cherished daughter of Alberto and Teresa (Cucciniello) Barone.

Michela was a fun loving, caring woman with a heart of gold. She would help anyone in need; there was no one she would turn away. A natural people person, Michela made friends instantly. She loved all kinds of animals especially her two cat’s Bronx and Brookline, and Lexi her dog, who was always by her side. Michela’s family was her pride and joy, and they were her world. Michela was a devoted wife, a loving daughter, a caring sister and friend. She will be greatly missed.

Michela was the beloved wife of Paul F. Bratton, Jr., of Medford. She was the cherished daughter of Alberto and Teresa (Cucciniello) Barone. She was the dear sister of Marialisa Barone, all of Medford. She was the loving daughter in-law of Paul and Susan Bratton. She was the caring granddaughter of Salvatore and Maria Cucciniello, and Gaetano Barone and his late wife Michela. She was the loving niece of Carmine Cucciniello, and his wife Rita, Salvatore Cucciniello and Melissa, and Ricardo Barone, and the dear sister in law of Lee Baldassaro, and her husband Paul. Michela is also survived by many loving cousins, and friends.

Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to visit with Michela’s family on Monday, September 21st, from 8:30 to 10:30 AM with social distancing protocols, at the Dello Russo Funeral Home, 306 Main St., Medford, followed by a funeral mass celebrated in St. Raphael Church, 512 High Street, Medford, at 11 AM. Services will conclude with burial at Oak Grove Cemetery, Medford.
