Shelby Fender, 28, of Rebecca passed away Wednesday, July 8, 2020 at her residence.
Shelby was born on March 22, 1992 in Tifton to Christopher Alan Dahn and April Cheri Fender Tedders. She loved horses and enjoyed hunting. She was a member of The Turner County High School Class of 2011. She also attended Trinity Baptist Church. She is survived by her son, Colton Fender of Rebecca; mother and step-father, April (James) Tedders of Rebecca; father and step-mother, Christopher (Missy) Dahn of Sylvester; paternal grandmother, Carol Dahn of Sylvester; significant other, Lynn Driver; brothers, Ryan (Marinda) Tedders of Rebecca, Dallas (Kerri) Tedders of Rebecca, Julian McCarver of Rebecca and Elijah McCarver of Rebecca; nieces, Destiny Tedders and Rylynn Tedders; aunts and uncles, Sam and Jessica Mitchell, Joseph Fender, Darren and Angie Fordham, Kevin Tedders and Theodore Dahn IV; step-grandmother, Sandra Dickerson. She was preceded in death by her maternal grandparents, Julian and Zelda Fender, her paternal grandfather, Theodore Dahn III and step-grandfather, Robert Tedders. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 AM graveside at New Prospect Cemetery, Saturday, July 11, 2020. The family will greet friends at Perry Funeral Chapel Saturday prior to the service from 9:00 AM until time to depart for the cemetery. Social distancing guidelines will be strictly enforced. All attendees are required to wear a mask. | ||||
