Julia Paulson (Crescenzo), of Winthrop, formerly of East Boston, passed away on June 15, 2020. She was 90 years old. Julia was the beloved wife of the late Paul E. Paulson Sr. Born in East Boston, she was the cherished daughter of the late Biagio and Rose (Miccichi) Crescenzo.
Julia was dedicated to her family and provided them with a warm and loving home throughout her life.
Julia was the devoted mother of Paul E. Paulson Jr. of Farmington, NH., Neil F. Paulson of Winthrop and the late Mark “Fritz” Paulson. She was the adored grandmother of 6 and the great-grandmother of 4. Julia was the dear sister of Mary Capo of Saugus and the late Charles Crescenzo, Stephanie Facenda, Vincenza Siciliano, Biagio Crescenzo and Peter Crescenzo. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Following current guidelines as instructed by the Commonwealth of Massachusetts in relation to capacity limits, visiting hours will be held in the Maurice W. Kirby Funeral Home 210 Winthrop St. Winthrop, on Wednesday, June 24, from 9:30-11:30AM, followed by a Funeral Service in the funeral home beginning at 11:30AM. Interment will follow in Winthrop Cemetery.
