Obituary

Wesley A. Gage, 74, of Londonderry, NH, passed away Thursday May 28, 2020 at Parkland Medical Center after a period of declining health. Wesley was born September 16, 1945 in Melrose, MA and was a son of the late Wesley and Janette (Woodward) Gage. He was raised and educated in Saugus, MA and had been a resident of Derry for the past 13 years.

Mr. Gage served his country in the Vietnam War, as a member of the U.S. Coast Guard. After returning home, he was employed as a truck driver with Eastern Oil for many years. He had been an avid sports fan, fisherman, enjoyed taking drives, enjoyed the seacoast and overnight trips with his wife.

Members of his family include his loving wife of 50 years, Dorothy (Munroe) Gage, two daughters, Laurie Bain and her husband Jonathan and Christine Gage; three grandchildren, Patrick, Caitlyn and Emma; a brother and his wife, William and Carolyn Gage; as well as several nieces and nephews.

Wes was a gentle caring soul. His sense of humor and smile will be greatly missed.

Due to COVID 19 restrictions, private services were held for the immediate family and concluded with burial in the NH State Veterans Cemetery in Boscawen, NH.
