Eileen M. Schacht, 78 of Londonderry, NH passed peacefully on Saturday May 23, 2020 at her home at Carriage Shack Farm following a long battle with Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease. She was born in Medford, MA on July 16, 1941, a daughter of the late, Joseph and Edna (Branch) Coffee.
Eileen worked for MKS Instruments in Andover, MA and later retired from Sanmina Corp. in Manchester. She spent her retirement days greeting visitors who came to her farm. Eileen loved casinos and the lottery. She loved watching Professional Bull Riding, NCIS, and the game shows.
The family would like to offer a special thanks to her amazing hospice team that kept her comfortable along with her family members.
She is survived by her two sons, Paul Schacht, Jr. and his wife Maria of Londonderry, and Duane Schacht and his wife Brenda of Londonderry, four grandchildren, Paul Schacht and his wife Katie, Danielle Schacht, Quintin Schacht, and Cheyenne Schacht, and two great-grandchildren, Sophia and Jaxson Schacht. She was predeceased by her husband, Paul W. Schacht, Sr. in 2017, and also by her daughter, Debbie Schacht in 2014.
The family is planning private services for a later date.
