Mrs. Edna Joyce Horne, beloved wife of the late Harvey Horne, entered into rest on Monday, March 23, 2020 at her residence.
There will be a private celebration of her life. The family will receive friends at Platt’s Belair Road on Thursday evening, March 26, 2020 from 6:00 until 8:00 PM. In order to comply with CDC and Columbia County guidelines, no more than 10 people will be allowed in the building at one time.
Mrs. Horne was a retired quality inspector from the King Mill, and a long-time member at Martinez Baptist Church. She will be remembered as a loving mother and grandmother.
She is survived by her children; Cleve Horne (Cathy), Debbie Adams (Roger), Rick Horne, Theresa Hope, Angela Horne and Brittany Horne, a brother; Felton Sizemore, her grandchildren; Shannon, Rachel, Hillary, Colby, Ashley, Rich, Nicole, Catherine, Christina, Jessica and Samantha, as well as 29 grandchildren and two great great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, Harvey and her daughter, Elaine Owens.
